Mr. Morello's greatest professional passion is to establish a genuine helping relationship with his clients. That’s why he has practiced law for 35 years, full time.
At the beginning of his practice, Mr. Morello pleaded as a litigation lawyer in private practice for 10 years. He subsequently worked in a law department at a large national company for more than 25 years, dealing with litigation, commercial law as well as employment law, human rights and accessibility for people with disabilities. In 2018, he was appointed to act as Ombudsman for this national company.
In 1979, Mr. Morello obtained a BA with distinction from McGill University. In 1984, Mr. Morello obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Sherbrooke (LL.B.) where in 2000 he completed a Specialized Graduate Law Degree. For three years, Mr. Morello was Chairman of the Management Committee of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) section of the Canadian Bar Association where he was also a member for more than 15 years. He is also a recognized speaker in this field.
In order to promote the advancement of ethics and animal law in Québec, in 2017, Mr. Morello founded the Québec Animal Law Community - DAQ, a non-profit charitable organization.
