In 2018, Mr. Morello was appointed to the position of Ethics Compliance Officer for a national Canadian company. He regularly conducts comprehensive investigations. Mr. Morello provides advice on the promotion and development of company ethics by exercising an advisory role with staff in compliance with rules of ethics and procedural fairness concerning employees, executives, managers, unionized employees, customers and service providers.

Mr. Morello also develops and implements policies, strategies, action plans, training and workshops, including the development of tools aimed at promoting ethical decision-making. He identifies ethical issues in collaboration with stakeholders by monitoring best practices. He carries out corporate oversight and recommendations to prevent and correct situations presenting ethical issues. As an Ethics Compliance Officer, Mr. Morello establishes and supports relationships with internal and external partners. Mr. Morello actively conducts conciliation and mediation sessions.

For three years, Mr. Morello was Chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Canadian Bar Association in Québec, where he was a member for more than 15 years. He is also a recognized speaker in this field.
